more fallen scape community/server suggestions

heres a few more of my suggestions.

first, verification. for services, account selling/trading/buying, and for whatever else. for example, if someone where to sell an account and they claimed it had "99 attack, strength, and defense", they would have to get it verified by a trusted admin/mod and them post a screen shot of them on the account showing the stats. and for services, you would have to have a certain amount of vouches to have your services verified. meaning as, if you needed 40 vouches to have you services verified, you would start your services out as un-verified and do free services until 40 people vouch for you then you can make verified and make people pay you for doing services.

second, instead of just having one "services" and one "account selling/buying" thread, make a "un-verified services" and "verified services" threads and the same for the account selling and buying one.
